Elevate Network provides digital marketing services including meme marketing, influencer marketing, movie and web-series promotion, song and album campaigns, podcast promotion, cricket and sports campaigns, and related digital promotion services. The exact deliverables, campaign duration, platforms, page/creator selection and reporting scope will depend on the package or proposal agreed with the client.
3. Enquiries, Proposals & Approval
Information shown on the website is for general information and may not represent a final commercial offer. A campaign becomes confirmed only after the scope, commercial terms, timelines and payment requirements are agreed. Clients are responsible for reviewing campaign details before approval.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate campaign information, approved creative assets, trademarks, URLs, claims and other material required for execution. The client is responsible for ensuring that supplied material is lawful and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
5. Campaign Execution
Campaigns are executed according to the approved brief and available inventory. Page, creator or placement availability can change. Where necessary, Elevate Network may recommend an alternative placement of reasonably comparable suitability, subject to the agreed campaign scope.
6. Timelines
Estimated launch timelines depend on receipt of complete information, approvals, payment and availability. Any timeline communicated by Elevate Network is an estimate unless expressly confirmed in writing as a fixed deadline.
7. Payments
Fees, taxes if applicable, payment schedule and payment method will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice or commercial agreement. Work may be scheduled or commenced only after the required payment or advance has been received.
8. Intellectual Property
Client-owned logos, campaign assets and materials remain the property of the client or their respective owners. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Elevate Network retains ownership of its own templates, processes, strategy documents, internal systems and pre-existing materials.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Campaign performance can depend on Instagram, YouTube, Meta, Google, creator accounts, meme pages and other third-party platforms. Changes to platform policies, algorithms, moderation, account restrictions, outages or removal of content may affect delivery. Elevate Network does not control these third-party systems.
10. Results & Performance
Digital marketing outcomes vary by campaign, audience, content, timing and platform conditions. We provide campaign execution and reporting according to the agreed scope, but no specific number of views, impressions, followers, sales, leads, engagement or viral outcome should be treated as guaranteed unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
11. Prohibited Use
Clients must not use our services to distribute unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, deceptive or infringing material, or material that violates the rules of a relevant platform. We may decline or pause a campaign where we reasonably believe the requested activity creates legal, compliance or platform-policy risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elevate Network will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from third-party platform changes, service interruptions, lost business opportunities or campaign outcomes outside our reasonable control. Any specific liability limitations agreed in a signed commercial agreement will prevail to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective or updated date.
14. Governing Law
These terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction agreed in the applicable commercial agreement; where no separate jurisdiction clause exists, the parties will seek to resolve the matter through good-faith discussion before pursuing available legal remedies.
